Old habits
Disguised
As impulsive urges
It’s the same old trap
To get you going
Nowhere
Grow up
First attempts are always clumsy
But stick to trying
Day by day
One day you’ll look back
And see how every attempt
Was a step forward
Even those that led to a fall
It’s a fallen grain
That has a chance of
Being nurtured by the soil
To grow into a bumper harvest
